With personal training results vary from person to person, many things combine to generate this and exercise alone isn’t just the answer, exercise coupled with a well balanced healthy lifestyle are going to acquire the best results the quickest (please see help yourself).

It is impossible to predict where a certain person will be in an allocated timescale and all results vary. Like anything in life patience is key and if you are looking to lose weight it can take a number of months to conquer, the aim of personal training is to raise the metabolism of an individual and increase the amount of lean tissue within their body, this can be achieved with a balance of nutrition, re-hydration and exercise. Once the amount of lean tissue has increased and body fat decreased, the body will be working better on its own and burning more calories per hour by itself, allowing the body to maintain a healthy weight. The slower the weight is taken off the body, the slower it will be put it back on, hence yo-yo diets where people lose a lot of weight quickly and then gain a lot of weight quickly.

Personal training is a long-term commitment and it is hard, but the benefits are real as long as you are willing to put in hard work, commitment and ready to make a change. Burn calories from your sofa!

With my unique style of training you can burn up to 1000 calories per 45 minutes but better still you will keep burning them when you get back to your sofa.

Even more appealing (or so my clients say), I don't use running machines, rowing machines, in fact any type of machine, just you and your body.

You will have fun whilst getting fit and toned; with skipping ropes, tractor tyres, free weights, boxing, sledge hammers and weighted balls.

All sessions are carried out in my own studio just off the M60, so we will train in private – 121- no embarrassing gym moments and no papps in the park.

Sessions start from just £30 for individual clients but I am happy to train a small group of friends, so you can share the cost (costs vary on group size).
